De kalfswang is door kauwen en herkauwen vrijwel constant in beweging en daardoor buitengewoon smaakvol. De wangen zitten vol vet en bindweefsel, wat betekent dat bij een langzame garing niet alleen een botermals stukje vlees, maar ook een prachtig gebonden saus overblijft. Perfect dus voor een lange bereiding, maar dit is vast voor u gedaan!

Maak de gegaarde kalfswang eenvoudig klaar met deze stappen!

  1. Leg de verpakking met de kalfswang en wortels een kwartier in warm - niet kokend - water

  2. Haal de kalfswang uit de verpakking en giet de jus af in een steelpan en verwarm op laag vuur.

  3. Bak de kalfswang in een hete pan in de olie om rondom kleur te geven.

  4. Voeg op het laatst boter toe en haal uit de pan.

  5. Snijd in plakken en giet er de warme jus over.

  6. Lekker met bijvoorbeeld krielaardappels en geroosterde wort

U ontvangt 2 kalfswangen à 250 gram per stuk

Bereidingswijze

Leg het zakje 15 minuten in warm, niet kokend water. Haal de wangen uit de verpakking en bak rondom mooi bruin in een hete bakpan. Serveer met de jus uit het zakje.

Designer quality and design

This is the second Michael Kors bag in my collection, and I’m pleased with both of them. These are quality items that are timeless and complement pretty much everything that i own. At first, i thought that this was a travel bag in the sense that you would put toiletries in it, but it’s intended to be a smaller crossbody bag that you can travel with.
