Door deze grote hoogte is de nachttemperatuur zelfs hartje zomer laag, wat de druiven meer aroma's geeft en het mogelijk maakt om geconcentreerde wijnen te maken die tot de beste van Spanje behoren. De grote mogelijkheden van dit gebied zijn ook Michel Chapoutier niet ontgaan. Deze visionair en pionier op het gebied van biodynamische wijnbouw en één van 's werelds meest gerespecteerde wijnmakers kon dan ook de verleiding niet weerstaan om ook hier wijnen te gaan maken van het hoogste niveau. Het wijngoed Dominio del Soto telt 16 hectaren en de druiven, 100% tempranillo, worden organisch verbouwd en met de hand geoogst. Na een lange maceratie vergist de most op betonnen tanks waarna de jonge wijn 12 maanden rijpt op fusten van Frans eiken. Donker robijnrood van kleur, intens bouquet van zwart fruit (bramen, zwarte bessen), tijm en (mokka)koffie. Geconcentreerde, opmerkelijk ronde smaak met sappig fruit en pikante tonen van zoethout en kaneel. Zijdeachtige tannines, een vleugje eiken en en vanille vormen de finale. Karafferen (1 à 2 uur voor serveren) is aanbevolen.Donker robijnrood van kleur, intens bouquet van zwart fruit (bramen, zwarte bessen), tijm en (mokka)koffie. This product is helping my afro hair truly thrive!

I've used this product for 1 month so far. Applying to my scalp, hair and the ends of hair approx 1-2 times per week. These are my benefits on my long afro hair:
- First off, my scalp doesn't particularly like oil on it, it would trigger itching, dandruff, etc., but it certainly loves this stuff.
- bald spots started growing back in.
- drastic reduction in hair shed.
- For a long while, I had difficulty retaining hair moisture. My hair is FINALLY getting the nourishment and moisture it needs and deserves.
- hair is noticeably softer and even more manageable.
- I detangled my entire head within 15 minutes the other day which is a first for me.

As far as the scent goes, it smells soo good to me. i read authentic batana oil is supposed to smell like burnt coffee. Maybe it's just me but it smells like caramelized honey.
