De Bagatelle is zijn toegankelijkste rode cuvée: Cabernet Franc van kalkrijke tufsteen-bodems, kort gerijpt in beton en inox voor een direct, sappig en energiek karakter.

Beschrijving: Levendig granaatrood met aroma's van verse framboos, rode kers, paprika en een frisse kruidigheid. Licht en sappig in de mond, met zachte tannines, levendige zuren en een vrolijke, lange afdronk.

Lekker bij: Licht gekoeld bij rillettes, kip, lichte vleesgerechten of een rustieke picknick.

Leuk weetje: Sébastien Bobinet bestelde ooit een hele schip vol amfora van Georgische pottenbakkers — en is sindsdien een van de eerste Loire-wijnmakers die systematisch met dit 8.000 jaar oude gistingsvat werkt.
