Fiber with slight beauty benefits
This supplement definitely falls into the “everything including the kitchen sink” category. You’ve got 10g fiber, 30 billion CFU probiotics, inulin, ACV, plus collagen, biotin, keratin, and vitamins C and E, all in one gummy. In real use, the most noticeable effect is on digestion first, beauty second. The fiber and probiotics actually do seem to help with regularity and a less bloated feeling over time which to me is where this product feels most legitimate. The skin, hair, and nail claims are much harder to directly feel, and honestly those effects (if any) are usually subtle and slow anyway. The main issue is exactly what you’d expect from a formula this stacked. It’s trying to do a lot at once, so nothing is really at a high enough dose to feel targeted. It ends up being more of a general wellness gummy with a strong fiber base, rather than a serious collagen or hair supplement.Taste and convenience are good, and it’s easy to stay consistent with. But like many multi-benefit gummies, there’s a bit of a tradeoff between ease and actual potency. The gummies themselves do taste amazing and I love the texture. They’re also sugar free which is very appreciated.
