Een toonbank met luifel staat klaar. Een grillplaat ligt op het werkblad. Opbergvakken onder de toonbank bieden ruimte voor materiaal. Een "Coffee"-bord hangt aan de voorkant.

Hier wordt verkocht wat er gemaakt is. Modderkoekjes op de grillplaat. Bladeren in een kom. Stenen die als geld dienen. De luifel geeft schaduw, het hout voelt warm aan in de zon.

Wie achter de toonbank staat, serveert. Wie ervoor staat, wacht. Rollen wisselen, het spel gaat door.

Dit is geen tijdelijke speelwinkel die je bij een thema opzet of losse tafel die na een week weer verdwijnt. Het is een vaste snackbar in de buitenruimte waar verkopen en serveren dagelijks terugkomen.

De snackbar wordt gecombineerd met de modderkeuken waar het eten wordt gemaakt, terwijl verzamelde materialen zoals bloemblaadjes, zaadjes en takjes worden gebruikt als ingrediënten die steeds anders zijn en waarin wordt gesorteerd wat op de grillplaat past en wat in de opbergvakken wordt bewaard.
