Elke kit bestaat uit een cockring met aangehechte ballstretcher. Daarnaast vindt u in de verpakking nog een extra losse ring die je op elke plek kunt plaatsen die lekker voelt. Er zijn ook nog Expansion Packs verkrijgbaar met extra ringen om de ballen nog verder uit te rekken.
