De handgreep Miami 40x600mm zwart is een ideale handgreep, voor gebruik op binnen- én buitendeuren. Deze grepen lenen zich erg goed voor schuifdeuren en klapdeuren. De Miami handgreep heeft een industrieel uiterlijk. Hierdoor is deze greep goed te combineren met stalen/ houten deuren (staal-look). Deze RVS AISI304 handgreep wordt geleverd inclusief montagemateriaal. Voor enkelzijdig hout, dubbelzijdig hout en/of dubbelzijdig glas.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
