Het resultaat bij een wijnmaker zoals François Crochet is indrukwekkend. Dit is een hele intense en geconcentreerde Pinot Noir, vol met fruit, fijne zuren en balans met een lengte die indrukwekkend is. Duidelijk geen Bourgogne, wij vinden de wijn wat mineralischer, een volstrekt eigen karakter dus.

Lekker bij bavette van de grill, gegrilde groenten, côte de boeuf, bieten en boerenkool.
