Volle, krachtige Carignan met zachte tannines.

Domaine Richeaume staat onder leiding van dr. Henning Hoesch (kunstminnaar, filosoof en beroemd cellist en pionier van de biologische landbouw in Frankrijk) en diens zoon Sylvain. Samen produceren ze prachtige wijnen.

Op het bedrijf wordt al decennialang biologisch, en inmiddels biodynamisch, gewerkt. Het domein gebruikt uitsluitend mest van de eigen schaapkudde, van onder meer eigen druivenresten wordt compost gemaakt. De wijngaarden liggen in Puyloubier en beslaan 25 ha.

Een holistische benadering, natuurlijke wijnbereiding en biodynamische teelt in de wijngaarden zijn voor hem voorwaarden om wijnen van zeer hoge kwaliteit te kunnen produceren.
