Waarom de olie verversen van je scooter?

Het verversen van de olie is het belangrijkste onderhoud wat je moet plegen aan je scooter.
Motorolie koelt, smeert en reinigt het motorblok. Als de motorolie te oud is kan dit veel slijtage veroorzaken. Te weinig olie is helemaal gevaarlijk! Hierdoor kan je een vastloper krijgen wat tussen de €500 en €1.000 aan reparatiekosten kan betekenen.

De Castrol Power RS Racing 5W-40 4T is de beste vol-synthetische motorolie voor 4-takt scooters.

Sterker nog; Piaggio scooters zijn 'powered by Castrol' en deze scooterfabrikanten adviseren deze motorolie voor een lange levensduur. Gebruik daarom de Castrol olie uit onze webshop en gebruik geen goedkope olie als Valvoline van de Action.

Onderhoudsinterval voor Piaggio Zip:

Ons interval advies om je scooter goed te onderhouden:

  • 500 km oliebeurt (motorolie + oliefilter vervangen)
  • 1.500 km (Vertandingsolie en motorolie + oliefilter vervangen)
  • 4.000 km
  • Daarna elke 3.000 km of elke 12 maanden

Waarom adviseren wij elke 3.000 km een onderhoudsbeurt?

Zo blijft de scooter goed, zuinig en stil rijden. Hiermee beperk je de kans op schade en reparaties, omdat alle onderdelen zo min mogelijk slijtage ondergaan.
Uiteraard hoeven onderdelen als de bougie en v-snaar niet elke 3.000 kilometer vervangen te worden, mits ze origineel zijn!
Verstandig is om de belangrijke onderdelen te controleren en vervangen wanneer nodig. Onderdelen als de variogeleiders, luchtfilter en olie zijn wel erg belangrijk om regelmatig te vervangen. Daarnaast zijn de kosten van deze onderdelen erg laag en kan dit eenvoudig zelf uit worden gevoerd.

Tip voor de montage: Rij voordat je de olie gaat verversen een stukje met de scooter. Hierdoor is de olie warm en dunner, waardoor je het makkelijker uit het blok krijgt.

wonderful trans sapphic shifter romance

When life falls apart, perhaps taking a break is just what is needed. But when Natalie (said trans woman) and Wren (loner alpha wolf) first see each other, it seems that perhaps that there might be something between them, but that just makes everything a lot more complicated. After all, a bond between a human and a wolf isn't a thing, is it? This was a wonderful read and I absolutely loved this story. Yes, while I may have a strong like of shifter stories, that also means that I also have expectations, and this story most definitely exceeded them. The trans representation was great. Natalie's struggles for acceptance, both internal and external resonating, and the difficulties that she's been through definitely resonate and are far too common of trans people. She's not a strong confident lead, but a woman who has issues and who does need the help and strength of others. She leans on others for better or for worse, but that makes her more real, and seeing her grow and become more confident as the story progresses is heart warming and wonderful. And the development of the bond - very nice! Wren is just as much a flawed character, with what's she's been through, and the knowing of the knowledge that she lacks. She starts off strong, as one would expect from a werewolf, but she also grows, becoming more than what she was in the beginning as well. For all of the angst and mistakes that are made, this is a story of growth and acceptance, of being able to gain what you actually desire, and to be able to embrace the support of others, knowing that you aren't alone in the world. It is a tale of finding love, of having a bond form, and being able to take it to the next level. This really is a wonderful sapphic shifter story, and one that I would highly recommend.

The story and characters were great. It was great to finally find a sapphic story with a trans character who was pre-op or in this case just no-op. So many authors don't want to have a trans character unless she's had surgery, like another woman won't want you if you have your original parts. Thank you so much Mrs. Abbott for the trans representation on this front. Nat and Wren are wonderful together, and I love how Wren does her best to make sure Nat doesn't ever feel less than or wrong for being herself. I am curious how being a shifter will effect Nat's transition moving forward. Hopefully there is another book and it touches on it a little.

I kept saying, “of course our human protagonist is taking to the werewolf life like a duck to water!“ BEING TRANS is as big a part of this narrative as BEING A WEREWOLF and it’s delivered to us with great skill. it is a fresh, fun, cool, tense, exciting, and sexy read.
