Bergerac wordt vaak gezien als 'het kleine broertje' van Bordeaux. Het ligt maar een uurtje verder landinwaarts langs de Dordogne en ze gebruiken hier net dezelfde druiven als in Bordeaux. Door dat deze streek minder gekend is kan het voor dezelfde kwaliteit een scherpere prijs aanbieden. En dat is net wat Château Belingard doet met deze wijn. Een kwalitatieve Bergerac, aan een scherpe prijs, die vele wijnen uit de Bordeaux doet blozen.

Mooie en diepe robijnrode kleur. Bloemige neus, ondersteund door rood fruit en balsamico. Aangename en rijpe tannines, afgerond door elegante houttoetsen.

 Bij eend, geroosterd rood vlees, barbecue, wild en een groot assortiment kazen.

I will caution the purchase of “used like-new,” as both of the dividers I ordered were previously returned items, and one came missing a cap, instructions were not included, and the poles were all mixed up and not properly labeled. If I had not ordered a second divider (which did include the instructions) I would have had a much harder time figuring out which pieces were which and how to put them together.
