The propertyChâteau Beychevelle, a superb property with magnificent gardens, is one of the most prestigious estates in the Saint-Julien appellation, located on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. More radiant than ever, the property benefits from a new cellar at the cutting edge of innovation realized by the architect Arnaud Boulain. The style of Château Beychevelle is defined by the consistency of its excellent quality wines. Powerful, fleshy, structured, they express with elegance the finesse of the great Saint-Julien terroir. Made for aging, the wines of Château Beychevelle evolve superbly over the years.
The vineyard
Among the 250 hectares of the property, Château Beychevelle watches over 90 hectares of vines. The specificity of the terroir of Château Beychevelle is due to its magnificent Garonne gravel hillsides and the immediate proximity of the Gironde River, which regulates and protects the climate.
The vintage
A mild and dry start to the year favored an early budding, followed by a humid and warm spring. The short cool and wet spells in April and May did not slow down the vine cycle. The veraison started on July 10th. The dry and sunny summer was accompanied by a saving rainy episode in mid-August. The first fifteen days of September, marked by warm days and cool nights, allowed the grapes to reach optimal maturity until the harvest. Despite their small size, the grapes were of great quality, concentrated and of a beautiful color.
Vinification and maturation
In line with the greatest vintages of the property, Château Beychevelle 2020 is the result of a rigorous selection from the 85 lots produced this year. The wine is aged in barrels (70% of which are new).
Blending
Château Beychevelle 2020 is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (51%), Merlot (45%) and Petit Verdot (4%).

Top-tier engine protection that runs quiet and smooth
Size: 5 Quarts
I’ve used Castrol EDGE in a couple of our vehicles and always come back to it for consistent performance. It extends the time between oil changes and holds up well under both daily driving and highway mileage. We don't "extend the time" though. It's changed, on the dot, every time. The consistency and quality of the oil's condition at change, though, is easily able to be seen that it would go for much longer.
Engine runs quieter, and I’ve noticed better fuel efficiency over time compared to conventional oil. Whether that's how attentively I drive and watch the mileage meter on the dash or the oil - is up for debate ;)
It doesn’t burn off as quickly either, which is great if you’re keeping an eye on long-term engine health.
The bottle design pours cleanly with a smart spout, which saves unnecessary messes in the garage.
Pros:
Strong wear protection and long-lasting
Improves engine quietness
Easy-pour design
Tip:
Use it with a high-quality oil filter for maximum benefit don’t skimp on either part and you'll be golden.

Excellent choice for long oil change intervals.
Size: 1 Quart, Pack of 6
I'm a former dealership mechanic and for years I used whatever we had in the bulk tank which was usually Valvoline conventional. My last job was at a German car dealership. Castrol was the oil recommended by the German manufacturers and that's when I started using Castrol. In my experience Castrol is an excellent oil. My 2014 Ford just rolled over 242,000 miles and even with factory 10,000 mile oil change intervals, from what I can see through the oil fill the top end of the engine is still clean. I've never had to remove the valve cover. It's using about a quart between oil 10,000 mile oil changes which is great because when it was new it used about a 1/2 quart between changes.

ITS GOOD OIL
Size: 5 Quarts
OVERALL NOT BAD BUT USING IT TO SEASON A CAST IRON WILL CREATE A BIT TOO DARK OF A SHEEN. WISH THE MANUFACTURER MENTIONED THAT
