Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit over the door sill. Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
