Innocent Bystander Sauvignon Blanc 2024 presents a bright pale straw with a hint of youthful green — the hallmark of a cool-climate Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc harvested in March 2024 from the East Coast, immediately destemmed to press with 6 hours of skin contact to soak up aromatics and flavour, then cold fermented in stainless steel to hold onto that freshness. Vivid and immediately inviting in the glass.
