Light - Dry - Black cherry

Currently composed of Jordi Parera and Ruben Parera and their father, they take care of different small plots of vineyard, along with other ancient cultures cherries, almonds, olives and vegetables garden, All with a small production of honey from their own bees. Their wines are made with minimal intervention in the winemaking cellar.
This striking wine is a red and white co-ferment, unfiltered, with no added sulphur. It pours a show-stopping ruby colour with aromas of fresh blue and black fruit. Light and dry, you'll find flavours of savoury black cherry, bright acidity and a tart finish. Serve this chilled.
Grape: Xarel·lo, Sumoll, Garnacha Blanca

Protection with days of white residue

Mineral sunscreens have yet to master blending in and this is no different. If you're thinking of hitting the beach with your sexy bum protected it'd better be a ghost beach because you'll look like you've been dipped in white paint. Oh, and it doesn't wash off, so be prepared to look like Casper for days to come.
It rolls on fine if you shake it well first and it does protect.
