Raptor Specs

12 leafs, rebound wrap, military wrap, diamond cut ends, anti-friction pads and four piece bolt through retaining clips. Designed for off road performance. Reduces bed bounce, eliminates wheel hop and increases wheel travel.

HEIGHT OPTIONS: all Deaver spring packs will remove the OEM lift block and and replace the OEM block and OEM leaf springs with the new Deaver spring packs.

• Deaver +3 - 1" Lift over Stock (Part #L84)
• Deaver +4 - 2" Lift Over Stock (Part #M44)

WEIGHT OPTIONS:

• Standard Duty (no weight in bed)
• Heavy Duty (450lb constant weight in bed)

If you are towing regularly or have an off-road bed setup, chase rack, etc., we highly recommend you go with the HD springs. If you plan to carry more weight in your bed, it may be necessary to have custom spec springs built for your load capacity. Please Contact Us to discuss this option.

Description

Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 12-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 “American Made” steel. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

Other designs features include full military-wrapped spring eyes for superior durability, diamond cut inner leaf ends minimizing shear points and anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation.

Combined with properly valved shock absorbers, the ride is enhanced beyond belief.
