Made in the USA. This item is in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Quality make and feel. 

Listed as a large but because of the nature of the fabric and how it does shape and flex and mold to the body. I would call this a fairly open size. It is a little big in the shoulders for me but I have very small frame. It fits me everywhere else.
