BBK shorty headers for 1993-1996 Chevy Impala SS are designed for direct bolt-on performance to the existing stock exhaust system. BBK header systems are CAD designed and manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and a one piece laser cut 3/8" flange for added strength and durability. The silver ceramic finish is very durable and helps hold in more heat, reducing under hood temps and increasing horsepower..
