It's double-cask matured—first in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in ex-Foursquare Mark X “2007” Barbados Rum casks for six months. The collaboration between Richard Seale of Foursquare Rum Distillery and Noel Sweeney, former Master Distiller of Cooley, brings a unique blend of expertise.
Tasting notes include coconut, treacle, lemon peel, almond, nougat, fig, and vanilla, with tropical hints of clove and cinnamon, culminating in rich caramel and candied hazelnuts. This non chill-filtered whiskey has no additives and boasts a robust 100 proof.
