This Performance Air Intake System allows your engine to breath more air compared to the restrictive factory air intake housing. A custom shaped heat shield with edge trim lining is included to keep engine bay heat from the air intake. The air intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. This air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. Sturdy
The ball bearings make them roll smooth. I've put plenty of pressure through them and no bending or breaking. The middle sized unit is probably the most useful. The small one has it's uses but can act like a pizza cutter and easily go through sound deadening mats. The large one has a little too much surface area to get a good crush on the mats.

Well Made Tools!
I have been installing Kilmat in my early 74 Datsun 260Z restoration and these tools are very nice for the price. I like them because they actually have ball bearings and move smoothly over the matting. The size selection is very handy as well and even has some nice finished wooden handles.
