Aroma
The nose reveals corella pear, stone fruits, honeydew melon and subtle lychee, creating a sophisticated aromatic profile that reflects the wine's cool fermentation and maximum lifted varietal fruit expression.
Palate
Corella pear, stone fruits, honeydew melon and subtle lychee are the core of the 2025 vintage, all backed up by a refreshing acidity that gives the wine a crisp crunchy fruit character. True to the Tim Adams style and undoubtedly another classic release of Pinot Gris.
