The Volnay 1er Cru Clos des Anges is a Pinot Noir wine from the 2020 vintage, produced using sustainable methods and manual harvesting. The wine is characterized by a fine and elegant nose with crunchy fresh fruits and a refined, velvety substance. With 13.4% alcohol, it is ideal for pairing with red meats in sauce, game animals, eggs en meurette, and a variety of cheeses. The wine is aged for 16 months in 100% oak barrels, with 28% new oak, resulting in a full-bodied and complex flavor profile.
