They never dry my hands out in the winter, regardless of how many times I wash. The refill bottles are usually an excellent value when on sale. Highly recommended! This foaming soap specifically needs a foaming soap dispenser. It specifically says that on the back of the package. For those complaining it’s a liquid and stays liquid, perhaps you’re using just a regular pump container.
