The RAP-B-404U is the medium RAM® Tough-Claw™, a tool-free clamp base that grips round, square, and odd-shaped rails or bars from 25mm to 41mm (1" to 1.6") and finishes in a 1" B size rubber ball. What size rail does the medium Tough-Claw fit?
Round or square rails and bars from 25mm to 41mm (1" to 1.6") outer diameter, plus flat edges up to 41mm (1.6"). Smaller bars suit the small (RAP-B-400U); thicker bars suit the large (RAP-B-401U).
What is the difference between the B and C ball versions?
Same clamp body, different ball. This B version finishes in a 1" ball for B size arms and cradles; the C version (RAP-404U) finishes in a 1.5" ball for C size components. Match the ball to the arm you already run.
How much weight will it hold?
