Upgraded OE Performance. The Bilstein B6 4600 Series Front Shock is the front damper for your RAM 2500 engineered to provide you with superior handling and damping performance in an OE design. Specifically, this front shock utilizes a monotube gas-charged design and advanced velocity sensitive digressive valving technology to give you lightning fast damping response and pin-point handling on the trails. Moreover, this shock offers a firm but smooth ride on the highway with the same accurate handling. These factors translate to safer everyday driving.

Resilient Build Quality. This front damper features a shock body machined to exact specifications from high quality tubular steel. This combination of quality materials and precise manufacturing produces an assembly that offers optimum strength and exceptional heat dissipation. Its piston rod for its part is similarly machined from chrome-hardened alloy, making it extremely tough. What?s more, this shock is outfitted with vibration-damping neoprene rubber bushings and a resilient blue poly dust boot to protect the seal from debris. Rounding out its construction is a distinct yellow powder coat finish for striking looks.

User-Friendly Install Procedure. This front shock installs into your RAM as a replacement for stock. No drilling or other modifications are needed in most applications. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.

It works to divide a room, but it's not easy to use.

It works if you need to divide a room, but its not pretty and there are far better options. It's cheaply made and has a habit of falling down if you are trying to use it in a straight or slightly angled line.
