To determine which size fits you best, you can loosely measure the circumference of your wrists and then use the size chart below as a guide:

Size XS : 14 - 16 cm
Size S : 16 - 18 cm
Size M : 18 - 20 cm
Size L : 20 - 22 cm

Are you exactly between two sizes and have a wrist measurement of, for example, exactly 18 or 20 cm? Then the smaller of the two sizes is generally preferable.

Which angle should I choose?:
The cuffs are available in 2 different angles: "Cozy" and "Restrictive". Choosing the right option largely comes down to personal preference. Some people opt for comfort, while others prefer a more restrictive experience.

The "Cozy" version has a wider angle, making the cuffs more comfortable to wear and putting less pressure on the shoulders. This angle also allows flexible models to wear them behind their back.

The "Restrictive" version has a smaller angle, forcing the arms and elbows closer together. This version is therefore much less comfortable and can only be worn at the front of the body for most people.
