Details:
In New Zealand, the 20th century was a time of great change in early years education. As the century opened, the use of Friedrich Froebel's kindergarten methods infiltrated more infant classrooms. The emergence of psychology as a discipline - and especially its work on child development - was beginning to influence thinking about how infants learn through play. While many teachers maintained Victorian approaches in their classrooms, other educators experimented with new approaches and some even travelled to the US and Europe in order to bring new ideas home. As well, there was increasing political support for new approaches to the 'new education' ideas at the turn of the century. All was not plain sailing, however, and this book charts both the progress made and the obstacles that were overcome in the course of the century as New Zealand battled its way through world wars and depressions. The book discusses changes in school buildings, teaching practices, teacher education, the teaching of reading and other curriculum areas, Maori education, and the emergence of kohanga reo (the Maori language revival movement). It also presents a range of individuals, including C.E. Beeby, Sylvia Ashton-Warner, Gwen Somerset, Don Holdaway, Elwyn Richardson, Marie Bell, Marie Clay, and other significant people who worked in or influenced early years education.

Powerful frother with a long rechargeable battery life
Color: Black
After purchasing three of the battery operated frothers. I finally found this amazing frother. It is very powerful so you do have to be careful not to slosh liquid out of your cup when you’re using it. But I have found it helps if you rotate the frother in a stirring motion while you are using it. That really helps keep the liquid from overflowing out of the cup. It has a sleek design and is rechargeable and the charge less about two weeks.I love this one so much. I take it with me when I travel. I actually left my original one at my mother’s house the last time I visited her and have ordered another one for my house. Highly recommend.

Great Power and Creamy Foam
Color: White
This frother is amazing and has really good power. It creates creamy, smooth foam in seconds and works perfectly for iced lattes, cappuccinos, and matcha. I love that it’s rechargeable and lightweight, but still feels strong and high quality. As someone who loves coffee, this has become one of my favorite tools for making café-style drinks at home. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on my coffee station.

Powerful easy to operate but splashes
Color: Black
Excellent frother--Very powerful and easy to turn on/off with one button. The only downside is it requires a deep container in which to froth. The frothing pitcher I had was too small and milk splashes everywhere. There is no lower speed so it works fast. I am using a deep insulated container now for frothing. Otherwise, very quite, easy to operate no pushing down on the top like other frother wands. I love it as long as I can control it to limit the splashing.

Froths Milk in Seconds
Color: Black
Frother I had for a couple of years broke. Based on reviews I bought this. Love it being rechargable. The POWER! It froths milk in seconds. Also great for that after workout protein drink. Also is a little longer than my last frother so it works great with larger glasses.
