The wine exhibits persistent fine bubbles that form a delicate mousse, creating an elegant bead that rises continuously through the glass. The intense beading demonstrates quality craftsmanship and extended lees ageing, whilst the brilliant clarity reflects meticulous winemaking and careful handling throughout production.
