Are you a Blue's music lover, a Walter Trout fan or both, then this is a great item for you. A Family member, Robby had 2 transplants and love of music. He met Mr. Walter Trout some time in his travels and he graciously gave Robby a signed copy of his "The Blues Came Callin" 2-disc CDs and a signed copy of "Rescued from Reality, The Life and Times of Walter Trout" Book. Sadly, my uncle Robby passes away. The family is in a position where we have to let some of his precious items go to another person who will love them (this is one of those items). He loved this one so much he kept it pristine and purchased a different CD set to play.
According to ALLMUSIC: New Jersey-born blues-rocker Walter Trout spent decades as an ace sideman, playing guitar behind the likes of John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thornton, and Joe Tex. In 1981, he was also tapped to replace the late Bob Hite in Canned Heat, remaining with the venerable group through the middle of the decade. While filling in one night for an ailing John Mayall, Trout (also a Bluesbreaker for some five years) was spotted by a Danish concert promoter who agreed to finance a solo tour... He is a fantastic musician.
