By blending it with other grape varieties and limiting the aging to a short maceration and aging process (4 months in concrete, oak, and amphora), Foradori gave birth to this cuvée Lezer. A joyful natural cuvée with a devilish drinkability potential! A profile of rosé wine with lots of fruit, almost non-existent tannins and ultimately a lot of juiciness! A range of tangy red fruits (cranberry, cherry, strawberry) combined with a finely herbal touch. It is very effective for a wine that is bursting with energy, we love it!
