Tasting Notes
Citadelle Original Gin is a smooth and complex gin with a delicate balance of juniper, citrus, and spice. On the nose, it has a floral and citrusy aroma with a hint of peppery spice. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of juniper, coriander, and citrus, followed by a warm and spicy finish.
Cocktail Recommendation
Try the classic Citadelle Martini for a sophisticated and timeless cocktail. Combine 2.5 oz Citadelle Original Gin and 0.5 oz dry vermouth in a shaker with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.

Production Details
Citadelle Gin is made using a traditional copper pot still that is more than 100 years old. It is distilled in small batches and undergoes a total of five distillations to create a smooth and refined spirit. The 19 botanicals are steeped in the spirit for 72 hours to extract their flavors and aromas, and then distilled in small batches to create the final blend.
