Eleven botanicals, both local and exotic, are each individually extracted, distilled, and blended to create a well-rounded, smooth, and slightly surprising gin that encapsulates the cosmopolitan character of the world’s most liveable city. The final component is Gembrook rainwater — pure enough to let every botanical shine through without interference.

Appearance

Pale and luminous — the clarity of a non-chill filtered gin made with rainwater of exceptional purity.

Aroma

Classic juniper and coriander seed provide the foundation, with grapefruit peel and rosemary from the Gembrook Hill Vineyard garden adding a fresh, aromatic lift that is distinctly of place. Macadamia, sandalwood, honey lemon myrtle, and organic navel orange bring warmth and native Australian character, whilst angelica root, orris root, and cassia bark add the cosmopolitan exotic depth that reflects Melbourne’s own character.
