Piedmont winery Valli Unite was born more than 30 years ago, when three winemakers merged their vineyards to form a co-operative project with the aim to preserve their vision of traditional methods and organic farming. Viticulture is non-invasive, using sickles and manure from their cattle, as well as green fertilisers made from clover and weeds. 

This fab, fresh rosato is a direct press of indigenous aromatic white varieties blended with pressed Barbera, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The white grapes provide floral notes with pear, peach and citrus peel, with everything rounded off with the ripe red fruits from the Barbera. It's just at home being drunk with dinner as it would be poolside or at a Peckham Rye picnic.
