Beside him swims his female partner with her predominantly brown and white body, indigo and aubergine wing feathers and distinctive white eye markings. In the background is a dense group of green lily pads dotted with soft yellow waterlilies. The reverse is engraved with the word "CANADA," the date "2013" and the face value of "10 DOLLARS."
