Populated with 12 SMD chips arranged in a 4x3 matrix the total light output far exceeds the original bulb. Best of all installation only takes minutes - simply take out your factory bulb and the SMD12 will fit snugly in the socket. If you wish the SMD12 can be mounted to the inside of the factory housing using the 3M adhesive on the back of the board. Reliability. Brighten up the dark wild

My jeep came with a worn out set of these. In the big picture they were an easy replacement and allowed me to clean up the wiring mess in the jeep. The downside is they are terribly noisy driving down the road. They make great light in the dark wilderness. As soon as I'm ready for some paint correction they will be coming off.

It fit my 2015 f150, but I had to extend the power cable because my battery is on the passenger side, not the driver's. I also wish it came with instructions in the box rather than on the Amazon listing.
