Knitted from the top down in plump DK yarn and incorporating loads of interesting details, Maudie is one of those knits you can’t put down.  The front panels drift deliciously into the hem, and the feminine details on the sleeves keep you wondering what’s next but are intuitive enough to knit while you chat with friends.  Ideal for knitters with a project or two under the belt in top-down knitting, or the knitter that is keen on a quick adventure with a special project.  Maudie includes written and charted instructions which are both straightforward and easy-to-follow.  Available in 15 individual inclusive sizes!

DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Chatwood by Skeinz (100% Wool, 20% Alpaca; 50g/114yds): 10 (10-11, 12) {13, 14, 15/16} (16/17, 18, 18) Skeins. Shown in the color Sheffield.  Chatwood is a solid colored yarn.

ALTERNATE YARN: Prairie Spun DK by Brown Sheep Co. (100% USA Wool; 100g/256 yds): 5 (5, 6) (6, 7, 7) (8, 8) Skeins.  Prairie Spun is grown, milled, and dyed in the USA.  Some of the colors are heathered (with lighter/darker fibers twisted in) and some are solid.  PRE-ORDER now available in all colors. Please allow at least 7 business days for shipping your pre-order to your location.

ALTERNATE YARN: Arroyo by Malabrigo (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g/335 yds: 3 (3, 4) (5, 5, 6) (6, 7) Skeins.  Arroyo is a kettle dyed wool made in small batches with easy care washing instructions.  Expect mild to extreme variegation depending on which color you choose.
