MLS gaskets are ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks. They can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. I love this book
Format: Paperback
I love this book. It actually explains in details what concentratio (Dharana), meditation (Dhayana), and contemplation (Samadhi). It is very interesting to know that if we can concentrate 12 seconds on external or internal object, then we have successful concentration, 12 of these (12x12) is Dhyana and twelve of these (12x12x12) is Samadhi. I tried it and got Samadhi after half an hour, of course it needs few month of daily practicing.
The book also speaks about attaining magic powers after long time of practicing, but of course we need Yogi master to achieve that.
Raja Yoga is the origin of the Sufi systems that originated after Muslims lived in India.

Phenomenal
Format: Paperback
This is one of few books that actually describe, in an accessible manner, how to control the mind during meditation. Particularly the last two chapters of Raja Yoga (the second part of the book is Patanjali) are some of the most valuable pages on meditation I have come across (easily 20+ books). Highly recommend for the practitioner.
