The combination of a Carter-Head still and a Bennet Pot still gives the gin its particularly balanced flavor profile. The Carter-head still steams the botanicals, capturing their delicate flavors. Simultaneously, the Bennet Pot still boils the botanicals to extract deeper, more complex flavors. The resultant spirit is then infused with rose and cucumber essences to create the characteristic Hendrick's taste.
