These ingredients are “skin-identical,” identical to ingredients naturally found in the skin. The Hydrating Gel contains an abundance of these skin-identical, humectant ingredients, the most important of which are Sodium PCA and Hyaluronic Acid. Saccharide Isomerate is an adjunctive ingredient that also has a humectant effect.
