Bathmate Warranty Information
With this warranty adding a lifetime of extra protection, you’ll have complete peace of mind for long-term hydropump usage. This extended warranty can be used for any of our pumps - our Bathmate Accessories come with a 1-year guarantee where relevant. With our products built to be long-lasting and impact resistant, you’re protected against accidental damage to the unit, while our warranty fully covers any malfunction or manufacturing defect.
Warranties for our Bathmate pumps start off the day that you receive your penis pump, lasting for 2 years from this date unless you buy one of our extended warranties. While the warranty starts rolling from delivery, to receive service for your Bathmate pump, you’ll need to register your product.
To do this, find the unique PID number provided with your Bathmate, and enter it (along with your contact information), and enter it over on our Bathmate Registration page.
We take your data privacy seriously, so we store all data securely, and delete customer information 800 days after your purchase (unless you’ve brought one of our extended warranties). As such, if you want to benefit from the extended Bathmate warranty, make sure to buy in advance of this deadline.
