How to use
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules, 1–2 times daily, with food, or as directed by your practitioner. If sensitive, start with 1 capsule daily and build up over 1–2 weeks.
Ingredients — per capsule
Curcumin Phytosome (Meriva®) — standardized curcumin bound to phospholipids for enhanced absorption.
