This piece has a couple of sawblade scuffs that will sand right off. The sapwood end has some fine cracks that you could fill with CA glue or leave open. The board is plenty strong without any treatment. |

Protection with days of white residue

Mineral sunscreens have yet to master blending in and this is no different. If you're thinking of hitting the beach with your sexy bum protected it'd better be a ghost beach because you'll look like you've been dipped in white paint. Oh, and it doesn't wash off, so be prepared to look like Casper for days to come.
It rolls on fine if you shake it well first and it does protect.
