Our Cloud Drops MATTE Finish Mixing Medium is an essential product for any makeup lover! It are especially great for beginners, creative makeup lovers or people who struggle with using loose pigments. Our Cloud Drops Mixing Medium can be used for a variety of things. Most commonly they help to intensify loose pigments and pressed eyeshadow. Using a mixing medium also helps with fallout, giving you more control over your application.

+Mix a drop or two with your fave loose pigment or eyeshadow and apply the formula as desired.
+Allow the formula to completely dry down to a matte finish.
+Once the application has dried down completely it will not budge, or transfer, it will stay put!

This is a MATTE FINISH product that completely dries down, it is a different formula to our Original Cloud drops (which did not dry down completely.) 


-Our Cloud Drops Matte Finish Mixing Medium comes in a 10ml size.
-Housed in a thick, sturdy glass bottle with dropper applicator.
-A little goes a long way, we recommend starting out with a drop or two and adding more as you need.

*Please Note, We recommend only using matte mixing mediums with non matte eyeshadows / pigments. Using them with a matte eyeshadow formula may result in damaging your eyeshadow formula.*
