Made from strong and durable nylon, the headcollar is padded with black artificial sheepskin on the nose, behind the ears and on the cheeks.

These extra wide pieces of sheepskin make the halter perfect for sensitive-skinned horses and for use during transport. The soft faux sheepskin helps to prevent rubbing, whilst being more durable and easy to care for than real sheepskin. It is quick to wash and dry, and will not become stiff over time.

The anatomical shaping over the nose and behind the ears helps to distribute pressure more evenly over your horse's head, offering greater comfort.

The headcollar is easy to put on and adjust to your horse, thanks to the buckles on both sides and carabiner clip on the cheek. The fittings are gold-coloured for a luxurious look that co-ordinates with the rest of the Kentucky collection.

A gold-coloured plate on the cheek is engraved with the Kentucky logo. This can be turned over and engraved with your horse's name if you wish (please note this service is not available at Equiport).

Machine washable at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry. Kentucky recommend washing the headcollar as infrequently as possible and putting it inside a protective washing bag in a large capacity machine.
