Please note that a Steering Cover (709400939) is required for XT and Mossy Oak models. 16” (41 cm) high, for ultimate wind protection and winter applications. Made of polycarbonate with integrated vent to reduce air turbulence and rumble noise at high speed for a quieter and smoother ride. Quick tool-less removal once base brackets are mounted on handlebar. Fits straight and tapered handlebars. Steering Cover (709400939) is required for XT and Mossy Oak models.

That is, some people who had the right to vote had it taken away at various moments in American history. When all is said and done, this is a great book.
