Ancient Jerusalem birds-eye plan map - an iconic engraving by Joseph Moxon, printed and hand-coloured in London in 1671.

"To the Right Reverend Father in God, JOHN, Lord Bishop of Chester. This Mapp is humbly Dedicated by Joseph Moxon." Birds-eye view / plan of ancient Jerusalem based on Stern's plan of 1630, by Joseph Moxon, 1671, showing the City with the Second Temple, Herod's Castle, streets and markets, fortified walls, along with images of Solomon's anointment and Golgotha. A reference table on the right lists numbered important places and buildings.

Joseph Moxon (1627 - 1691) was an English engraver and printer, and mathematician. He produced the first English mathematical dictionary, as well as maps and globes. He was appointed hydrographer to the King Charles II in 1662, and later became the first tradesman to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society.

Amazing mat!
Love it! The texture is nice and smooth, and it didn't take much fighting to get it to lay flat. I appreciate the double-sided nature with a different color on either side-- I end up using the white side more because it helps me see the colors of the polish against the nail better. I recommend making sure the holes on the strap are open before using it just to save yourself the time of fighting with the snap to push it through.

Durable product
Great mat for desk or table for girls that love doing their own nails, or just to use to keep an area clean for a project. Can be rolled up and easily transported. Can switch sides as well! Great product and easy to clean.
