Directions HOW TO BRUSH YOUR HAIR First Stage Set your feet apart • Begin brushing from the nape of the neck over the top of the head, to the ends of the hair strands. • Brush 10 times each through 3 different directional planes, through from the nape to the end of the right side, through the middle and the left side. Second Stage • Brush 10 times from each ear to the middle of the head, through to the end of the hair. Third Stage • Stand up again and brush 10 times in 3 different planes, left side, middle and right side from the forehead to the middle/top of the head. Fourth Stage • The final 20 brush strokes will be used to brush from the middle/top of the head, to the end of the hair Please note: It is important that you follow each brush movement with a stroke of the hand. By this means you avoid building anti-static electricity in the hair through the warmth of the hand. It is important to ensure that each brush stroke goes completely through the length of the hair. Latex allergy stopped me from taking bromelain
I was excited to find a natural solution to inflammation and sinus issues. However, after taking this for less than a week, I had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop. After a deep dive on Google, I found out that if you are allergic to latex, you shouldn't take bromelain. Latex Cross-Reactivity: Bromelain is derived from pineapple. People with a latex allergy are at higher risk of an allergic reaction to bromelain. This allergy can manifest as sneezing, itchy throat, or inflammation in the sinuses, which can trigger nosebleeds. I was taking this to get rid of the inflammation in my sinuses, not add to it. I also had tingling in my fingers, which a deep dive on Google said could happen if I am sensitive to quercetin. Quercetin Side Effects: While generally safe, high-dose or sensitive use of quercetin can cause "tingling in the extremities" (numbness/tingling in hands/feet). Thus is neither a high dose of eother of these, nor was it used long-term, so I guess I am sensitive to them both. Beware if you are sensitive to medications and/or have a latex allergy. I can't say if these pills made a positive impact on me, because I only found negative effects, but that is due to my body being so quirky.
