These are listed as a size 6.5R. R typically means standard width.

I would say these would fit a women's 9. I'm typically an 8-8.5 and with a heavy sock on I have a good .75 inches in the toe. These are a legit Army issue boot so please keep in mind they will need some breaking in. As mentioned these have never been worn. I don't recommend a high arch foot. These also have removable soft soled inserts in them. I find that they fit me in length but are snug on the top of my foot. When I remove the insole they fit nearly perfectly. So you can actually replace the inserts with a thinner sole to create more room.
