AISLink CB2 AIS Transponder

The AISLink CB2 AIS Transponder is a fully compliant, waterproof Class B Transponder designed to help avoid collisions.  Using advanced SOTDMA (Self Organized Time Division Multiple Access) technologies from Class A transponders, the AISLink CB2 AIS Transponder features inherent advantages, including a faster reporting rate and higher output power. 

Utilizing 99 acquisition channels and 33 tracking channels, the internal multi-GPS receiver continuously transmits your vessel information including position, speed, course and heading, ensuring an indication of the most accurate global positioning at all times.  In addition to transmission of dynamic vessel information, the AISLink CB2 also continuously transmits static information including vessel name, call sign, vessel type, vessel dimensions, and MMSI number.

MOB1 Personal AIS Beacon

The world's smallest AIS MOB device with integrated DSC - the rescueME MOB1 from Ocean Signal. The MOB1 is compatible with even the most compact inflatable life-jackets and has an integrated strobe light which ensures maximum visibility in low light conditions.

In an emergency rescueME MOB1 provides 2 methods of rapidly communicating your position, accurate to a few metres, back to the vessel, plus providing visual indication via its built in strobe light.

1. Once activated your MOB1 will transmit an alert to all AIS receivers and AIS enabled plotters in the vicinity. The integrated GPS ensures precise location is sent to your vessel and any others that may be assisting.

2. An additional feature of the MOB1, is its ability to activate the DSC alarm on your vessels VHF, alerting your crew to the situation.
