The Reverend Airsonic W is a cross between the sustain of a solidbody and the harmonic depth expected from a semi-hollowbody instrument. This guitar sports a unique offset design and a solid korina body.

The Airsonic W captivates aesthetically with its curvy offset design, cut from a korina body. Its double-cutaway silhouette is cut with through-body F-holes, providing a unique touch while also affording the breathability and resonant qualities similar to a classic semi-hollow. To make this guitar even more unique, Reverend included a Wilkinson Trem bridge, allowing for divebombs and mitch modulation with stable tuning. 

Featuring a roasted maple neck and fingerboard, this guitars offers a seasonally stable neck, due to the roasting process that the maple undergoes which helps to remove impurities from the wood. The neck features 22 frets, and a total scale length of 25.5".

Railhammer pickups – a Reverend Heavy 90 at the neck and a Reverend Nuevo 90 at the bridge – are what make this guitar shine, sonically speaking. Engineered for optimum performance, these pickups feature rail magnets that deliver tight, punchy lows from the wound, lower strings while the pole pieces beneath the unwound strings increase the fundamentals of higher notes for a fuller sound. The result is a perfect blend of fat, punchy tones without sacrificing clarity. The addition of the Bass Contour control allows further control over this unique pickup configuration.
